This is a SimplyBettyStamp that I just love. I colored her using copics and pro markers. I cut her frame out of metallic card stock from DCWV, added backing paper from scraps. I also use nail polish glitter paint to give it some sparkle around her vail and dress. I like to use nail polish sometimes to give it that extra dimension. It also gives it a shimmery, wet look and dries quickly. The sentiment stamp, ribbon and hearts, I found in Michaels $ bin.I am entering the following challenges:
