This fun image I found at Charmedcards&Crafts. Another great site from the UK.I colored it using copic, and/or pro markers. Also, gold nail polish with the skinny nail art brush on the hanger. The adorable sentiment was also a freebie too. I found this a while ago and I think that in order to get the freebies you have to have something in your cart, but they have so many cute digi stamps you will want to make a purchase.
The paper is from DCWV glitter mat stack. I used a Martha Stewart punch to frame the image and the pretty ribbon, I found in Michaels $ bin.
