wine bottle card/tag

I made this wine bottle cover for my cousin's picnic this weekend.  Found this digi on http://freedigitalstamps.blogspot.com/ .  Minimal coloring with copics and pro markers and minimal cutting. Just used print shop to make and size the sentiments , printed it out on 8.5 x 12 cardstock, cut down the middle to make it 4in wide by 12 long; folded the top down at 2 .5 inches and cut a 1inch circle to fit o/ the neck of the bottle.  Used a standard hole punch to add the holes to thread the ribbon through the front and back.  Not bad for a job done with one hand?
