It's Good to be Queen... Happy Mother's Day

This card is for my beautiful Mother in law. 
I used a KraftinKimmieStamp and think it is simply adorable. 
I colored her using copic and pro markers and paper pieced her dress. 
I cut the frame with a Martha Stewart Punch.
  Ladies and Gentlemen, here is a little tip I just discovered, at of all places,  Home Depot.  They have the most amazing colors of paint swatches and are the perfect size for matting and layering.  Best of all they are free!  This particular frame is from the Martha Stewart line of paint swatches  and although it is hard to see, it is a beautiful, metalic bronze.  Good quality card stock.  The papers and embellishments are from my stash.
