Dark Matter

This is a birthday card that I made for my dear Father-in-law.  He has a keen interest in the sciences.

The image is from Wonderstrange.  http://www.wonderstrange.com/2012/bad-hair-day-and-alien-with-coffee-free-digital-stamps/  I just love their quirky images and they give away fabulous freebies often.
I colored him using copics and pro markers.  I made the planet by running a grey card stock through my circles cuttlebug folder, then I used my glitter nail polish all over it.. it's hard to see, but in person it really has depth and texture.  I used papers from my stash, cut the edges with a Martha Stewart punch and I printed the sentiment on the computer.. Inside of the card is above.
