This is my first attempt at an easel card. I used a rubber stamp image from Simply Betty Valentine Steampunks new releases..They are simply adorable! I colored her using copics and pro markers. I used my nestabilities to cut the frame from a metalic pink card stock, then matted that on black, pink and burgundy card stocks. I used a fiskars border punch for the strip on the bottom and the paper is from DCWV. I printed the "Happy Love Day" on my computer and cut out a nestabilities from their label dies. I added clear rhinestones that I colored with my red ink stamp on the corners to give it weight and stability to hold up the card.

This is a very beautiful card, love the color scheme! I used the same pink DP for one of my ATC projects!

This is beautiful! I can't believe it's your first easel. :o) It looks marvelous. I love the papers, sparkly accents, and heart touches throughout... and of course the stamp is colored so beautifully. Darker colors can be so tricky, but yours are flawless. :o) Beautiful!
