This is a digi stamp that I got from http://onkel-toms-huette.blogspot.com/search/label/Freebie. I colored it using pro markers, then I went over the dress area with a silver, glitter nail polish that gives it a nice texture. I used my cuttlelbug and nestabilities to cut out the background shape from my glitter paper stash, I also used a nestabilities to cut out the sentiment that I printed from my computer, I layered that over a strip of very red, very metalic paper.
