Father's Day

 

 Still working with a broken arm.  I do appreciate everyone's concern and kind comments.  Funny, how now I can not bring myself to give someone a store bought card.

I made this simple card for my dear Father-in-law.

The tag says "Be happy, it's one way of being wise"

The tag and backing papers are from K & Company.  I used a Martha Stewart punch on the pumpkin colored card stock which is actually a paint sample.  They are the perfect matting/layering paper.  They come in amazing colors and textures and the best is that they are free in every home improvement store.  The embellishments and stickers are from blog candy that I won from Erin @ 365 cards.  I am entering the following challenges:

FABULOUS   INCREDIBLE  NOBLE  EXTRAORDINARY!!
This is for my sister, who I am happy to say, finally quit smoking.
I used an image from wonderstrange, they have weekly freebies that are quite quirky and unique.
 Since I am still working with a broken arm, I had to keep it simple.
Colored her with copics and pro markers and a bit of nail polish glitter on the wings and just cut a paper doily for baking paper.  Printed sentiments from my computer.
